Strictly no backing out/ change of order after ordering, so order only if you're a serious buyer.

All payment has to be in within 24 hours after we've sent you the invoice, or orders will be cancelled.

PAYMENT METHODS
Via POSB ATM Transfer or Cash Deposit.
Strictly no concealed cash or meetup.
Please attach a snapshot of the receipt to us in the invoice. If ATM cannot produce a receipt, please use another machine or transfer $0.01/$0.02 more for unique verification. Do take note of the date you've transferred too.
No change will be given, therefore you are strongly encouraged to transfer/deposit the exact amount of money.
COLLECTION METHODS
Normal Postage: $1.50 + $0.50 per subsequent item (*)
e.g: $1.50 + ($0.50 x 5) = $4
Registered Postage: additional of $2.25 on top of normal postage fee.
Mass meetup: Additional of $1.50. At Bukit Panjang LRT only, every Saturday.
* = Postage prices are fixed due to the purchase of stamps and envelopes and our time taken to make a trip to the post office. Strictly no negotiation is allowed.
ENQUIRIES
We do not entertain enquiries regarding arrival of items during the estimated time of arrival unless there is a delay.

IMAGES
Please DO NOT use our images without permission.
NEVER REMOVE OUR WATERMARK/EDIT OUR PICTURES. We spent days editing all the photos. Please ask for our permission.
Regarding blogshops taking wholesale from us, the prices do not matter as special discount will be given if your total order is more than 30 items, thus there is not a need to edit our pictures. :)
Anyone found to have edited our pictures without permission will be blacklisted and be reported for plagiarism.
WHOLESALE
Prices stated are the lowest we can go.
Special discounts available for purchase of more than 30 items only.
The 30 items can be mixed-and-matched from all categories, e.g Bags, Accessories, Apparels. This way it'd be easier for everyone to reach the minimum cappings.
ITEMS
Items are all ordered from overseas, no middleman(suppliers) involved.
Items will arrive within 1-2 weeks after preorder closes, latest 3 weeks if there are any delays.
Preorders are closed on the first day of each month, and there is not a need to hit a minimum capping.
Items are only 90~95% true to picture due to different lightings of different computers.
Please allow a slight 2-3cm difference for the measurements.
All item prices are stated in the respective pictures, no discounts will be given unless otherwise stated.
REFUND
Refund will only be given if item is Out Of Stock.
All items are non refundable or exchangeable for all goods have been checked before delivery.
We will bubble wrap all sensitive items securely so as to prevent it from being broken upon your collection, therefore if item arrives broken to you, we will not be responsible. However, we will try our best to prevent this from happening.
No refund will be given if you've opted for normal postage and item gets lost. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage for tracking number will be given.
RELIABILITY
Both of us have experiences in handling a blogshop single-handedly and with a partner.
We opened SpaceRobotz solely to earn a bit of cash during our free time and not to scam anyone.
No preorders will be held during our exam month (February, April, August, October).
Please order from us only if you've agreed to our Terms and Conditions and will abide by them.
